The Park has a staff of 45. The Park Superintendent is the chief operation officer of the Park. He is responsible for the day to day operations and is directly answerable to the Chairman and the PAMB. To further emphasize local participation, management has a policy of giving priority to local community at least 80% of the staff are from the surrounding communities.
