Users will have to send in N7W and/or PPUR HELP to 2861 to get more information about the promo and they will be charged P2.50 for every successfully sent message.

SMS Votes
When users wish to download a PPUR trivia and send their text votes (until November 10, 2011), they will have to text PPUR to 2861. They will be charged P2.50 and will receive a confirmation reply for every successful download. For every unique trivia users receive from October 1, 2010 to November 10, 2011, they will earn two (2) raffle entries. Every unique trivia downloaded from November 11, 2011 to December 28, 2011 entitles users to one (1) raffle entry.

Subscription (Opt In)
Users may subscribe to receive daily trivia and send one vote daily (until November 10, 2011). Subscriber may send ON PPUR (for Globe) or PPUR ON (for Smart and Sun) to 2861 to get trivia about PPUR and earn two (2) raffle entries (from October 1, 2010 to November 10, 2011) or one (1) raffle entry (from November 11, 2011 to December 28, 2011). They will be charged P2.50 for every trivia download.

Checking Number of Raffle Entries
Users can check their accumulated number of raffle entries by sending PPUR STAT to 2861. They will be charged P2.50 for each successful transaction.

How to Join & who are eligible to join:
1. For a texter to qualify, he/she must:
a. be a subscriber of Globe Handyphone (Globe), TM (Touch Mobile), Sun Cellular, Smart, or Talk N Text whether in post paid or pre- paid plans;
b. have sent his/her entry/vote within October 1, 2010 – December 28, 2011

How do you earn entries:
1. For every unique trivia the subscriber receives when he texts from October 1, 2010 to November 10, 2011 in the Puerto Princesa Underground River (Pera Sa Kweba) Text Promo service, he will be entitled to two (2) raffle entries or;
2. For every unique PPUR trivia the subscriber downloads from November 11, 2011 to December 28, 2011, he will be entitled to one (1) raffle entry.
3. To download trivia, users have to enter the following information in the correct format and sequence as shown below.

Syntax:

PPUR ON

Where:
October 1, 2010 – November 10, 2011:
PPUR = 1 download/2 raffle entries
PPUR ON = 1 download/2 raffle entries per day

November 11, 2011 – December 28, 2011:
PPUR = 1 download/1 raffle entry
PPUR ON = 1 download/1 raffle entry per day

1. The entry should be sent to 2861 for Globe, Sun Cellular, Smart and Talk N Text subscribers.
2. Entries with the correct syntax will receive a confirmation of their entry.
3. An entry costs Php2.50 for Globe Handyphone (Globe), TM (Touch Mobile), Smart, Talk N Text, and Sun Cellular subscribers.

Requirements to validate entries:
1. The time reflected by Wireless Services Asia system shall be controlling.
Qualified entries must:
a. have submitted his/her entry within the duration of the promo October 1, 2010, to December 28, 2011;
b. have received a confirmation text from Wireless Services Asia access number 2861;
c. be present at Wireless Services Asia system database within the promotion duration.
2. All participants are presumed to have read and understood, and agree and abide by the promos complete rules and regulations.
3. All employees of Wireless Services Asia, Globe Telecom, Smart Communications Inc., Digitel Mobile Philippines, Inc., Wolfpac Mobile Inc., members of the PPUR Task force, officials of Puerto Princesa City, members of the PPUR Official Support Committee, the PPUR Private Sector Support Group, DDB Philippines, its agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

Provision on invalid entries:
The ff: shall not earn entries:
- Entries sent outside of the promo period

Who are NOT qualified/eligible to join the promo:
- All employees of Wireless Services Asia, Globe Telecom, Smart Communications Inc., Digitel Mobile Philippines, Inc., Wolfpac Mobile Inc., members of the PPUR Task force, officials of Puerto Princesa City, members of the PPUR Official Support Committee, the PPUR Private Sector Support Group, DDB Philippines, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining.
- Subscribers who are not using Globe/TM(Touch Mobile)/Sun/Smart/Talk N Text Prepaid/Postpaid SIMs Prepaid/Postpaid SIMs
- For prizes exceeding P10,000.00 the 20% prize tax will be shouldered by the winner.
- A subscriber can win more than once.
- For provincial winners, Wireless Services Asia shall coordinate with the winners for details on how to ship the prize to his/her address.
